Welcome to the Tucker Creek Community Web Site. The Tucker Creek Home Owners' Association, a voluntary organization, has developed this website to improve communications with all homeowners in this neighborhood of over 280 homes. It also is a great place to get information to prospective home buyers or renters considering Tucker Creek as a place to live. This organization exists for the benefit of all community residents.
Our community is located in Havelock, North Carolina, adjacent to the Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station and Croatan National Forest. Many homes are located on Tucker or Sandy Run Creeks, tributaries of the Neuse River and the community has a Boat Ramp and Recreation area with a fishing dock and launch ramp for boats up to about 20 feet long. Homes are located within walking distance of Tucker Creek Middle School, a North Carolina School of Excellence. A new fire station opened in 2010 next to our access onto Highway 70.
