Many pets are found wandering the neighborhood. Some are repeat offenders. Please be kind to your pet and make sure it has a collar with an I.D. attached with your information so it can be returned in the event it is found. The City of Havelock requires all pets be licensed. If you have a pet please be sure they have a current rabies vaccination and a license. The cost is $5 per pet. Should your pet get loose and Animal Control finds your unlicensed pet it will cost you $50! Remember to renew your pet license every January. Click on the Animal Registration Form.
